      Rules for Posting

The rules here on Galaxy Forum are simple: abide by the theological virtues of faith, hope, and charity.

The Baltimore Catechism teaches us what faith, hope, and charity are, which we can review below.

      Q. 465. What is Faith?

      A. Faith is a Divine virtue by which we firmly believe the truths which God has revealed.

Faith, as habituated in the Galaxy Forum means not knowingly posting anything contrary to the faith. There will be disputes and debate, of course, and open discussion on difficult matters are welcome, but where the magisterium has settled matters by dogmatic definition, disputation is not possible.

      Q. 466. What is Hope?

      A. Hope is a Divine virtue by which we firmly trust that God will give us eternal life and the means to obtain it.

Hope is realized by holding fast to the promises of Christ to be with His Church until the end of time. Many forget this, or despair of it, because they see rightly that the professed “Catholic” Church and hierarchy are all lost to apostasy. We who keep the Catholic faith should be compelled to an even stronger hope by this, because we are privileged with witnessing the End Times. The Second Coming is not far off, therefore, and so a glad hope should be ours in witness to this amazing truth.

      Q. 467. What is Charity?

      A. Charity is a Divine virtue by which we love God above all things for His own sake, and our neighbor as ourselves for the love of God.

Charity is oftentimes the most assaulted theological virtue in forums and comments sections on purportedly Catholic websites. Let us make Galaxy Forum a place where we can exercise this virtue of kindness toward our neighbor for the love and honor of God.
